Miss Kelly began dancing at the age of 2
1/2 in Michigan. Her passion for dance started when she was very young, winning competitions and pageants. Miss Kelly comes from a family of dancers. She taught along side
her sister and her mentor, Miss Barbara Fink. Her sister and niece also own successful studios in the Metro Detroit area.
Miss Kelly started teaching at the age of 14. She was awarded a scholarship to take classes at the Serge Rodnunsky Dance Centre in California. She spent her summers studying in California under Joe Tremaine, Doug Caldwell, Jackie Sleight, Tony Coppola, just to name a few... This was an experience of a lifetime being able to dance with some of LA's finest teachers and sought after choreographers. Miss Kelly owes a lot of her training to the one and only Joe Tremaine.
She studied Cecchetti Ballet in Troy, Michigan and is now certified as an elementary level teacher. She is currently working on her intermediate teacher's exam. Miss Kelly continues to take classes & workshops to stay abreast of the most current dancing trends. She trains in New York City, California, Michigan and throughout Florida.
Miss Kelly was a dancer for the Detroit Drive Football Team
half-time entertainment. As a client of Gail and Rice Model & Talent Agency, she was chosen to represent the Chevrolet dance team. She traveled across the United States to dance
with the international auto shows. Miss Kelly managed to dance, teach and attend college while traveling with Chevrolet.
Miss Kelly currently works on staff with Hall of Fame Dance Challenge as a frequent judge. She has also been a panel judge for several other competitions. Miss Kelly moved to Florida with a dream of opening her own studio. In 1999 Miss Kelly's Dance Centre opened. Before this she worked at several dance studios in Southwest Florida. She is one of the only dance centers in Fort Myers to offer Cecchetti Ballet training. She teaches all levels of dancers from toddlers to professionals. Miss Kelly is also a member of Florida Dance Masters.
Miss Kelly is a well-known, award winning choreographer throughout Michigan and Florida, teaching school dance teams, cheerleaders, pageants and competition teams. Her competition teams consistently win top level awards at regional and national competitions as well as earning scholarships to dance in New York and California. Miss Kelly recently received five Top Overall Teacher Awards at Star Systems Dance Competition in Fort Lauderdale; FL. Miss Kelly’s Dance Centre was named the National Junior Champions of Hall of Fame Dance Challenge and World Series Champion and brought home the Cup 4 years in a row!

Miss Kelly's real passion has always been teaching children and watching them progress into well-trained dancers.
